This is such a sweet couple. I joined them for their engagement session in Downtown Detroit because this city is so dear to the two of them. Ryanne works downtown for Little Caesars which allowed us to get inside Comerica Park for some of our shoot! We shared some great times together while they shared an amazing looking chocolate covered strawberry

They’re madly in love and I got to capture it. He whispers in her ear, she giggles. She stares at him while he’s looking off into the distance, he helps her take her uncomfortable heels off. They’ve been through a ton together and have quite an amazing story which I’m hoping to share more about when their wedding post comes along. Rachel and Ben are just one of those couples that has you smiling the instant you see them. It’s literally impossible to help it. We started their session around the beautiful property of their condo neighborhood and continued on into downtown Ann Arbor, which they both hold very near and dear. I had such a fun shoot recently with Jenna and Chelsea in Ann Arbor. They have such a cool story, they met at University of Michigan Hospital where they’re both currently working as Medical Residents. The long hours on the job and oftentimes not much going on allowed their love to grow into something so incredible, and you can just see their happiness. I LOVE couples like this! » Expand Post
When I got a call from my cousin Jamie one day asking me to do his engagement photos with himself and his bride-to-be Elise, I couldn’t have been more excited. Let me preface this by saying that Jamie has been one of my best buddies growing up from sleepovers, to camping trips, to our annual Memorial Day parade outing; this guy has always had my back. I knew about this engagement long before Elise saw it coming and I was so excited for the two of them. We headed out to multiple locations to take in many of the things that describe them. Jamie is a licensed pilot and proposed to Elise on the tarmac following a flight so we only found it fitting to do most of the pictures out of his home airport at Willow Run. » Expand Post
