I’m so excited to present Danny + Donna to you guys today though because their wedding was an absolute PARTY! I mean, it wasn’t just a regular old reception, people were dancing before we even got back from taking the group photos. They had both an incredible band and DJ that were mixing both Arabic and American tunes to create an awesome environment that didn’t leave an empty dance floor for hours.

Enough about the party though, was Donna a beautiful bride or what? She didn’t leave a single detail unplanned about this wedding and I was so honored to have her and Danny as my first Middle-Eastern wedding. They got married in the beautiful Saint Mary Basilica in Livonia. I walked in and my jaw instantly dropped. The ceremony was nothing short of amazing. » Expand Post

I don’t know what more I can say about this wedding but, WOW! When Kailyn got in touch with me and met with me shortly after, I knew she was planning an amazing wedding that I couldn’t wait to be a part of. What I didn’t know was the crazy amount of time and sweat-equity she was putting in to make her wedding one of a kind. She said Green Wedding Shoes was her number one inspiration for her day, and she wasn’t kidding! The amount of detail and craft that she, Ryan, and her family put in to making this day happen was breathtaking. » Expand Post

Talk about a beautiful Wedding! Chandler and Jessi’s day was absolutely incredible and all that I could ever hope for one of my best friends and his new bride. They got married in a little white chapel inside of Mill Race Historical Village in Downtown Northville which is perfect given the scenery the park has to offer as soon as you step out of those church doors. The reception was in the beautiful Heather’s Club of Bloomfield Hills. The food was incredible as were the AMAZING flower arrangements, all done by Chandler’s Mom, Suzanne Immerfall. » Expand Post

Mike + Melissa

Well I just got done meeting with Mike and Melissa post-wedding to give them all of their photos and let me just tell you, I’m so proud to have been a part of their day. Mike and Melissa were a couple of my leaders from my High School days that I’ve always found myself close to. I knew them before they were even dating and it was so cool to watch their relationship develop and their love grow, not to mention having the unbelievable opportunity to photograph their wedding for them!

The church was the beautiful Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Downtown Birmingham, the space was just incredible. Following the wonderful ceremony we headed out to Maybury State Park to get some shots in the place where Mike had proposed and where they spend a lot of time together. Following that it was back on the bus to an abandoned  Drive-in Theater Nick and I had discovered for some truly unique wedding party photos, I LOVED the result. Their reception location was a Photographers dream! Huge windows from floor to ceiling behind the head table on the west side of the building gave the amazing setting sunlight a place to pour in and give awesome lighting to the reception photos. » Expand Post

Richie + Kelly

Richie and Kelly are the kind of couple that make you want to experience love to the incredible, crazy extent that they experience. You’re smiling as soon as you see them interact together and won’t stop until you can’t smile anymore! I got to know Richie through my cousin Jamie as they played in the same band for a few years, and I couldn’t be more thankful that I’ve gotten to know him and his new wife. They saw each other before the ceremony, but it made it that much more amazing when Kelly walked out across the beautiful farm field to greet her groom-to-be. The rest of the evening was a ridiculous party of epic proportions that had people up and dancing for hours.

Thank you so much for allowing us to share in your big day Richie and Kelly! Can’t wait to see where God takes you in the years to come as you begin your life together! Oh, and Mazel Tov!!! » Expand Post
